**Cleaning Operations Supervisor - Brisbane (Hybrid Role)**

**Pay**: $34 per hour (weekly pay)**Availability Requirement**: 5 days per week (flexible hours available)

Allsorts Sorted has expanded into Brisbane We provide premium cleaning, housekeeping, and property care services for residential, real estate, and commercial clients. Our team is built on professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

We’re looking for a proactive and flexible **Supervisor** to help us establish and grow our Brisbane team. This role is ideal for someone excited to be part of a fast-moving business and who enjoys wearing multiple hats.

**The Role**

As our **Brisbane Supervisor**, you’ll take on a hybrid role that blends:

- **Operations Management** - Coordinating staff, managing schedules, ensuring jobs are delivered to high standards, ensuring our storeroom is well stocked, and supporting smooth daily operations.
- **Sales & Client Relations** - Meeting with potential clients, providing quotes, building strong relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and homeowners.
- **Hands-On Cleaning Work** - Assisting with jobs while the team is growing, to ensure quality and to support training of new staff.

You’ll be supported by our Sydney Head Office team while being the on-the-ground point of contact in Brisbane.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day operations in Brisbane.
- Carry out cleaning tasks as needed to support the team and clients.
- Conduct site checks to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle basic admin tasks such as reporting, stock, and job updates.
- Act as a key link between the Brisbane team and Sydney head office.
