**About the Job**:
**What you'll do?**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use insights to inform marketing initiatives.
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and product descriptions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other external vendors to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
- Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and industry conferences to showcase our products and services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing materials and tools that support their efforts in acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and incorporate innovative ideas into our marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus. Product knowledge of forklift equipment
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the forklift or heavy equipment industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software to track campaign performance and generate insights.
