Thrive Early Learning Centres was established in 2016 and now has evolved to seven centres. All of our centres cater for 0-5 years old and are purpose built with generous outdoor play areas and interactive indoor facilities. Our Coniston centre is a 112 place centre with fantastic opportunities for growth and development for both educators and children.

Thrive has an exciting opportunity for a vibrant Certificate III Educator or Diploma Educator to join our Thrive family based at our **Coniston** centre. With a passion for providing high quality education and care you are looking for a role where you can make a real difference

**Your role as a Certificate III Educator**:

- To build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Have a sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Provide assistance to other Educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation, using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities to communicate regularly on your children’s progress and activities with their families
- Completed Certificate III in Children services
- Passion and commitment to complete a Diploma over a 2 year period
- Current First Aid and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Current working with children check
- The right to work in Australia
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
