Operating from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor learning spaces, we create opportunities for children to enhance their exploration skills.

Our beautiful centre, Arwons Little Angels, is ready to welcome their next passionate and experienced assistant educator - an educator who will bring warmth, creativity, and a passion for supporting little learners to shine.

In Your Role as an Educator;

  • You will nurture little learners through learning and meaningful connections
  • Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
  • Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
  • Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
  • Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently enrolled) with Diploma preferred
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
  • Confidence connecting with children, families and the community
  • Current First Aid certificate (including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis management)
  • Previous experience working with children aged 0-5 years (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Completed Child Protection training or willingness to complete upon commencement
