An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join a boutique cosmetic clinic.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting of patients
- Booking appointments
- Management of all patient data, correspondence
- Invoicing, billing and receipting of consultations
- Medicare batching
- Ordering of office supplies

To be successful for this position you will have the following skills/attributes:

- Previous experience working in a specialist practice
- Ability to work autonomously
- Able to multi task and establish efficient office systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and premium customer service to patients
- Experience utilising medical software advantageous

This is a unique opportunity to work in a premium boutique practice which will bring new challenges while keeping patients your number one priority. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
