**Purpose**

To manage Country Road Group’s Real Estate occupancy costs and lease database (Lease Eagle) as well as file management and providing lease administration support to the business (all brands) as required. Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Managing month end requirements - general ledger reconciliations, checking of calculations of percentage rent and occupancy caps
- Raising invoices and ensuring payment of occupancy cap refunds
- As required, preparing the annual occupancy budgets and forecast updates, and reviews of actual vs. budget
- Analysing actual payments against approved budgets and instruction of corrections if required
- Setting up and maintaining leases, licences, real estate proposals and other key documents in the company’s Lease Eagle lease database
- Under supervision of the Legal Counsel /Lease Administration Manager, reviewing and interpreting leases clauses (for example, repairs and maintenance obligations, make good obligations, occupancy costs, etc.) and instructing various departments on the company’s obligations
- Under supervision of the Legal Counsel/Lease Administration Manager, negotiate and settle storage licence agreements in accordance with the precedent for each major landlords or in an absence of a such precedent, as per instructions and guidance
- Managing the execution of legal documents, including following up landlords to ensure receipt of fully executed documentation

**Key Capabilities**
- Lease administration, financial or legal background with strong numeracy skills
- Ability to understand a retail lease is preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in lease database management preferred - Lease Eagle
- Strong attention to detail with outstanding planning/organisation skills
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to meet deadlines as required
- Team player and a collaborative attitude
