**_Purpose_**

Perform internal audit assignments as part of internal audit function that provides assurance/insights to the Board Audit Committee and Executive Committees across both Country Road Group (CRG) in both Australia (AU) and New Zealand (NZ). Expected outcomes include commercially pragmatic recommendations that will help improve the business and mitigate risk exposures across the enterprise.

**_ Key Accountabilities_**
- Assist in audit assignments across the entire lifecycle involving planning, fieldwork through to reporting (including follow up of agreed management actions).
- Responsible for reviewing business areas/initiatives and generating commercial recommendations that deliver tangible value, business improvements and mitigate risk exposures across the business.
- Required to present recommendations and reports to internal stakeholders within the group and influence/advise them to achieve commercial outcomes

**_Key Capabilities_**
- Working toward their CA/CPA qualification (preferred)
- Understanding of risks and controls gained from working in multiple industries with specific industry experience of retail environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
