**Maintenance Manager CES**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will ensure preventative maintenance work is compliant to BOC and Australian standards while optimising costs and customer service
- You will ensure all work is safe and compliant to legislative & BOC standards
- Ensure effective response to customer equipment breakdowns & complaints
- You should provide appropriate resources for projects and ensure accountability to cost estimates
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities
- You will ensure assets are tracked and stored appropriately, including ensuring availability and tracking of spare parts
- You should develop and maintain relationship with contractors and other labour providers to ensure labour availability during peak times and relief
- Ensure employees and contractors are trained and have the appropriate equipment (including PPE) to carry out assigned tasks and have the appropriate insurance

**What makes you great**
- Working Knowledge of Australian Standards, and other regulatory codes
- You should have five years’ experience in the industrial gas industry or relevant maintenance or reliability roles
- Relevant mechanical, electrical or instrumentation trade qualification OR bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering
- You should have experience in SAP or similar work order and asset management system preferrable
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple small projects with both contractors and Service Technicians in various locations and market sectors simultaneously
