**About the role**

Are you a senior leader within the manufacturing sector looking for your next career opportunity within the food industry? Are you passionate about maintenance and reliability as well as driving continuous improvements?

Due to organisational growth, we have a newly created role available for a Group Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead our site maintenance teams. This is a very exciting time for the business as we continue to grow and invest in state-of-the-art machinery and best practice across the manufacturing sector. Utilise your exceptional knowledge and background in equipment and engineering principles to be part of our success

Reporting in to the General Manager - Engineering, this role will see you developing strategies to ensure ongoing reliability for all plant and equipment across the Sydney sites, resulting in mínimal loss of operations due to downtime. You will drive innovative approaches to produce solutions that are safe, cost efficient and produce quality products. The ability to innovate, adapt, support, and empower others in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is key to success in this role.

**About you**

We’re looking for a motivated people leader who is passionate about reliability and efficiency. You will need to have the ability to engage and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and have a track record of coaching and developing high performing teams to deliver to agreed targets.
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years previous experience in a similar senior management role
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or equivalent Trade certificates
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing High Performing Teams
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Strong analytical skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with computerised maintenance management solutions and/or ERP Systems
- Previous experience working within a meat/FMCG business (desirable)
