Are you passionate about crafting the perfect cup of coffee and providing exceptional customer service? Juliette Ringwood East is seeking a skilled Barista/Assistant Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis. If you have a love for coffee, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
- Ensure the highest quality of coffee by following standard recipes and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including equipment and serving areas.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons.
- Assist in supervising and guiding cafe staff during shifts.
- Collaborate with the management team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of coffee beans, supplies, and other essentials.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and cohesive workplace culture.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Barista, with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
