We’re a **long-established business in Castle Hill NSW**, looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive team member to join us in a hands-on operations role. **About the Role**

This position will initially focus on supporting **logistics, shipping coordination, and inventory management.** As you grow into the role, you’ll have the opportunity to take on broader responsibilities across operations and service coordination, including assisting with customer service and general office administration. You’ll be a key contact for customers and suppliers, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely deliveries.

It’s a practical, all-rounder role where attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive approach are highly valued.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Organise and prepare shipments; manage deliveries and collections
- Physically manage goods receipt and dispatch, including lifting boxes
- Oversee procurement, purchase orders, and stock control
- Coordinate incoming service requests and job assignments to technical staff
- Support logistics operations and maintain accurate records
- Manage delivery updates and resolve service queries promptly

**Desirable Experience**

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience handling invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier communications
