**Account Executive | Leading Activation Agency | Liquor, Lifestyle and Tech Brand | Up to $60k inc**

Australia’s most awarded activation agencies, is looking for a gun Account Executive to join their experiential activation team.

Working across various big brand clients within the liquor, lifestyle and technology industries. You will be key support for all the current members of the team.

As an Account Executive you’re in a junior-level position in the fantastic world of Activation We expect that you’ve already had a bit of relevant work experience in life - you might have done your time as a Coordinator, you may have studied relevant qualifications, or maybe you’re just incredibly passionate about what we do. Either way, you’ve got the basic stuff covered. Key thing to note is that the role is heavily reliant on someone keen to jump into admin and organisation.

**The role**:
You’re a great communicator, and project management comes as second nature to you. You’re able to complete various tasks delegated to you such as managing simple project budgets, inputting estimates into our finance system, processing finances, attending client meetings to take notes and share meeting minutes. Conducting research for clients, campaigns and competitor research. You will also be involved in live campaign documentation such as staff briefs etc. and close out reports.

You will have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. You’ll still get lots of daily support and guidance from your Senior Account Manager and Account Director to help prioritise, but you’ll start to manage smaller-scale campaigns on your own.

**About you**:

- Previous agency experience desirable but not required, preferably some exp in marketing or events experience
- Well-developed communication skills with consistent attention to detail
- Strong communications skills, both oral and written
- Good team skills including the ability to work alongside and under the direction of multiple people
- Strong organisation and time management skills including the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and google documents
- Happy to begin mainly on administrative tasks with some exposure to live projects
- An inherent curiosity along with drive and desire to learn, critique, grow and develop your skill-set
- A confident, pleasurable and enthusiastic approach to your day-to-day work management
