**The Role**

We are currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to work as part of our Service Delivery Team based at Malvern. The role requires exceptional communication, organisational skills with experience working in the aged care sector. The role is responsible for the quality of scheduling to support client needs in the community to maximise operational efficiency of scheduling and support the care consulting team.

**To be successful for this role you must possess**:
Demonstrated experience in an aged care environment or community services

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel

Previous experience in using Carelink+ or similar client management systems

Calm, professional, and reassuring mannerism

Good attention to detail

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision

Ability to interact with a diverse range of cultures, backgrounds and personalities

**This is a full-time position based at Malvern Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm with an immediate start.**

**Additional Requirements**
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to undertake
- Current Drivers license
- Working with children’s check
- Current National Police Certificate and Statutory Declaration (stating that you have never, in Australia or another country, been convicted of murder or sexual assault, or convicted of, and sentenced to imprisonment for, any other form of assault) that allows work in Aged Care.
- Proof of Covid vaccinations
- _All successful applicants will be required to be fully vaccinated against Covid as an inherent requirement of the role._
- _All applicants are required to undergo a National Police Check and provide evidence of right to work in Australia_
