As the Head of Digital. you will be directly responsible for developing an end to end digital engagement strategy for customers as well as leading the teams tasked with executing this strategy. This is inclusive of the planning, execution, design, optimisation maintenance, measurement and reporting on all paid advertising, websites, social media and other SEO or SEM platform performance for Swyftx.

**What you'll do**:

- Work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to manage and implement the digital marketing roadmap and strategy.
- Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to direct reports to create a cohesive and collaborative team environment.
- Manage the core areas of content, optimisation, integration, conversion and analytics in order to drive greater engagement, brand awareness and increased leads for growth.
- The execution & management of all digital marketing campaigns, including the management of performance, improvement and budget allocation, focusing on ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency over all platforms and digital marketing campaigns in line with the strategic marketing plan.
- Manage EDM’s and the EDM platform and ensure marketing and retargeting is consistent, professional and suitable for the marketing and business goals.

**About you**:

- Strong understanding of Paid Marketing landscape across platforms.
- Strong understanding of Marketing Analytics, preferable experience with (GA4/GA, Similarweb, AHREFS).
- Strong understanding of Behavioural Customer Analytics (preferably Mixpanel).
- CRM Experience (preferably Braze).
- Comfortable leading high-level social strategy while also managing day-to-day execution.
- Passionate about coaching and mentoring high-performing team members, aimed at developing and accelerating the skills and career trajectory of your team members
