Rare opportunity for a Head of Digital to join a highly successful B2C business in a newly created role. Reporting to the GM you will lead the development and execution of the digital strategy, lead the development of roadmaps and prioritisation of systems, develop a shared understanding of current performance and future forecasts through analysis of market demands, competitive analysis and deliver clear guidance and digital strategy to influence the right development.

You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate with influence at all levels, working closely with other senior leaders in both marketing and IT. In your new role you will be leading established teams of up to 10 marketing automation and ecommerce specialists.

**Your Skills and Experience will include**:

- Demonstrated experience in complex cross functional B2C environments and a hands-on approach to defining a strategy and designing processes to ensure accountability and quality.
- Experience coming from a customer centric background in a B2C environment.
- Demonstrated skills in Digital Strategy, CX Strategy, Customer Experience (UX).
- Ability to work with ambiguity and achieve successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of automated campaigns
- 10 + years' experience in delivering on commercial goals in digital platforms including ecommerce, digital marketing, digital product development or campaign automation.
- Degree qualification in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience.
- Proven success dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in leading the development and commercial performance of digital platforms.
