They are currently seeking a talented TICKETING ADMIN CONSULTANT to join their professional and friendly team. Use your travel skills behind the scenes and join this dynamic company that has adapted its way of doing business due to the changes in the travel industry.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our client is based in the Gold Coast, but are seeking a talented ticketer wanting to move into Administration. You will be an experienced ticketing guru with strong fares knowledge, responsible for liaising with airlines to process airline ticket refunds accordingly.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- At least 3 years experience in a ticketing role
- Ability to perform ADM's, BSP and Refunds
- Ability to use all 3 GDS - Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Sound Fares & Ticketing knowledge
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
