**About the Role**: We are seeking a highly experienced **ELICOS Curriculum Developer and Consultant** to create specialised and diversified curricula for ELICOS programs, aligned with NEAS and ASQA standards. You will be responsible for developing new and engaging syllabi for a range of tailored & specialised English language programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and document ELICOS curriculum and assessment methodologies that engage students and meet regulatory standards.
- Ensure all materials comply with the ELICOS Standards 2018 and the National Code 2018.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce course objectives, weekly learning outcomes, and assessments that enhance student performance.
- Work with the compliance team for the implementation of policies and procedures for audit preparation and overall compliance.
- Work on creating cost-effective yet innovative solutions for course delivery, ensuring that teaching resources are well-structured and easy to follow.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Extensive experience in writing ELICOS curricula, with a deep understanding of NEAS and ASQA requirements.
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards, audit preparation, and policy development within the ELICOS framework.
- Experience in developing assessments that are engaging and reflective of real-world skills.
- Ability to create dynamic learning resources that improve performance and reduce operational stress for teachers and management.
