**About The Role**

Our Ultimo service is currently seeking a passionate & motivated **Diploma Educator to join the team in reaching collective goals.**

This position would be suitable for an Early Childhood Professional with their** Diploma in Early Childhood, and ready to take the next step in their career.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working collaboratively with a team of Early Childhood Educators toward collective goals.
- Facilitating a safe & caring environment for all children.
- Driving initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
- Observing and documenting the progress of each child, in line with the EYLF & NQS.
- Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.
