Manager - Business Transformation - Business Consulting
The opportunity
Join EY's Defence team and help solve Australia's most important national security challenges. We're looking for Managers who thrive in complexity and want to make a real impact supporting the most intricate organisation in the country. Be part of a team that blends deep Defence insight with global experience to deliver purpose-built solutions that matter.
This is a hybrid position based in Canberra - Ngambri. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
Lead work packages independently, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with client expectationsEffectively manage and mentor teams to foster collaboration and performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clientsApply critical thinking and professional experience to advise clients on complex, large-scale transformation initiativesSkills and attributes for success
Proven experience delivering transformation programs for government clientsDemonstrated leadership capability, with a track record of successfully managing teamsStrong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectivelyIdeally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
Analytical mindset with a structured approach to solving complex problemsThe roles require Security clearances (Baseline, NV1, NV2) due to the nature of the Federal client workWhat we offer you
