Tiny Scholars Childcare & Preschool ("Tiny Scholars") is a reputable Childcare Centre, who prides themselves on excellence in early childhood and education, all while providing a welcoming, safe and nurturing home like environment. Tiny Scholars is looking for the right person to join the family, where not only are the children looked after, but so are our staff. The successful applicants - a Diploma or cert 3 qualified Educator - will be very well supported by an experienced full time director and a management team who are committed to creating a positive work place, and an open and honest environment. The successful applicant need to have a good understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) which includes government regulations, the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, and the right applicants will have the ability to build strong relationships with the families at the Centre, the children which we care for, and with their co-workers.
