Thrive has an exciting opportunity for vibrant **Trainees **at our **Ermington** Centre This role offers you an opportunity to join a dynamic early learning group that is renowned for its passion and practice invested in their people. This is an opportunity to be supported through completion of a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care.

**Your role as a Trainee**:

- To build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- To actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation using informal opportunities to communicate regularly about children’s progress to families
- Provide assistance to other Educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Prepare the children’s play and learning materials for the day’s experiences.
- Guide children through daily routines and rituals. Be part of the experience as children explore their environment
- A genuine interest in a long-term career in Early Childhood Education
- The ability to commit to a 12-month traineeship program
- The right to work in Australia
- A passion for early education and a willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: $10.00 - $22.00 per hour
