**We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to come join our team in a Full Time Role.**

Reporting to the Sydney Operations Manager, you will continue from the evening shift coordinator being responsible for ensuring local drivers are debriefed accurately. Then coordinate linehaul drivers & warehouse operators by providing data entry and administration support to facilitate efficient & safe departure of linehaul and regional vehicles.

**This position requires the successful applicant to commence work at 8pm working a 4 day on / 4 day off rotating roster where you will be required to work weekends shared with another coordinator.**

**The duties/responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to**:

- Effective coordinating of freight and drivers
- Communicating and building strong relationships with our Drivers and Customers
- Warehouse duties include support to the warehouse staff with information and assisting when required loading/unloading trailers
- Coordinating after hours break downs and issues
- Monitoring of telematic systems for fridge monitoring
- Check ins with Drivers who are making overnight trips
- Previous experience in the use of Transport Management Systems preferred
- **Must have sound mechanical knowledge**:

- Excellent written and spoken Communication
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail
- Superior Customer service and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Able to effectively problem solve & think outside the box
- **Forklift Licence ESSENTIAL**:

- Truck licence preferred
