Warehouse Operator

ATEX Supplies is an Australian owned and family operated business working across projects for Civil, Commercial and Residential. Located in Western Sydney we distribute our building materials across Sydney including Newcastle and Wollongong.

Supplier of steel reinforcement, ATEX Supplies are looking for Operators to join our team at Riverstone on a casual contract with the view of becoming a permanent member of our team. Shift start times either 6.30 am or 8.30am.

Your Duties, but not limited to:

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Strong focus on Workplace Health and Safety
- Ensure that all products are to the specifications required
- Once fully trained and competent - use of machines that cut and bend steel
- Unload and load trucks using the overhead crane
- Pick orders
- General labour in the warehouse
- Quality control of products and job requirements

About You:

- Previous experience working in a similar environment would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
- Good work ethic
- Good attendance and timekeeping
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Forklift Licence beneficial
- Attention to Detail
- Effective Communication

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
