Aviation specialist requires an experienced Accounts Officer. Accounts Payable and reconciliations focus.

Join this specialist in Aviation equipment and Airport logistics as part of their busy accounts team.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Finance Admin Manager your duties will include
- Accounts Payable for ANZ operations
- Reconciliations
- Liaising with suppliers and Project Managers on invoice queries
- Resolving accounts issues
- Raising Sales invoices
- Monthly Expense and sales reporting
- Processing a small payroll for one site
- Payment and processing of all invoices and expenses
- Monthly reports

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience within Accounts Payable in an allround accounts role would be ideal
- Excellent communication skills
- MYOB or ERP experience
- Well organised and able to manage end to end Accounts Payable duties
- Strong reconciliations skills
