The Alto Group is a family-owned and operated organisation with over 600 employees, which has been serving the motoring needs of the local community for over 60 Years.

We currently looking for an individual for a **Warranty Administrator/Service Clerical Role **to work at our multi franchised dealership in Pennant Hills, representing our European & Japanese Brands.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be in charge of ensuring all warranty claims relating to the service and repair of vehicles are processed with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy. You will be working with our experienced warranty administration team with the opportunity to work across multiple brands including Toyota and Audi.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Compiling and completing warranty claims ensuring adherence to guidelines set by the manufacturer and the Alto Group within required timelines.
- Keeping valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted;
- Maintaining warranty storage of return parts and return all parts requested;

**To be successful in this role you will need to have the following**:

- Previous experience in a high volume clerical/administration role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Operate with a high level of Integrity
- Work in a team environment with a “Can Do” attitude.
