**Our team and Opportunity**

The Financial Adviser Services (FAS) & Marketing Technology, APAC team is responsible for:

- Being the in-region technology team with deep expertise to develop and maintain our APAC public facing websites;
- Partnering with Financial Adviser Services to deliver sales education and enablement initiatives;
- Crafting a blueprint and program for Marketing Technology to enable the scale our APAC business;
- Delivering data engineering capabilities aligned with our client analytics and insights team;

The Scrum Master will partner with FAS and Marketing, enabling Agile Product Delivery. We are looking for a successful Agile practitioner with experience collaboratively across initiative and service teams. You will have knowledge and experience in Agile techniques such as User Stories, Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing Pairing and Automated Testing. You will be adept at driving transparency through data driven reporting. You will be responsible for coaching, supporting and mentoring scrum framework practices and Agile principles to teams, Product Owners and across multiple projects and streams.

**What You Will Do**
- Identify for ways to strengthen teams’ understanding and adoption of Agile concepts and principles
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of Agile ceremonies and practices, teaching new techniques to the team as needed
- Bring transparency to Business and IT organizations about team and Product development
- Identify trade-offs between short and long term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and Product Owner
- Foster a continuous learning environment helping teams to inspect and adapt
- Track progress and achievement of the team's goals (e.g., at daily stand-ups using burndown charts, OKRs)
- Coordinate interaction with other teams within the Product Family at Scrum of Scrum sessions and any other relevant Product-Family level synchronizations
- Organize the processes of decomposition and task estimation, finding dependencies with other teams
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of trust through facilitation of retrospectives and feedback exchange among team members

**What we are looking for**
- Relevant work experience with Agile and DevOps culture, practices & tools as well as liaising with users, businesses and technology teams to monitor and resolve ongoing user and technical issue
- Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) highly preferred
- A high-energy and passionate outlook and the ability to positively influence the team
- Expert knowledge of Agile Software Development, Kanban, Lean and Waterfall principles
- Delivery or software development background
- Strong communication skills - Able to propagate information promptly, clearly, and unambiguously
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team all roles on a Scrum team
- Skilled in building relationships and navigating through organizations
