**About the Role**:
This is an excellent opportunity to join our Marketing team in the role of Product Marketing Specialist in a 1-year parental leave contract. This role is the product expert, leading the production and distribution of insightful and timely product information and resources internally and externally.
Furthermore, it supports the development of new products to reach sustainability goals, conducts competitor product research and analyst, along with managing external relationships with relevant industry bodies.
**Key duties will include**:
- Providing internal sales support, positioning, and product training to our sales teams on legislation and requirements for product claims and labelling
- Managing the relationship with APCO for the approval of ARL use and actively participate on discussion forums to support the long-term position of the Group and innovation pipeline
- Managing the progression and delivery of sample requests, new item set ups and other product requests
- Acting as a specialist in key customer meetings to support the Group’s position on market product trends and legislation impacting product ranging
- Working with Marketing and Sales teams to correlate customer product goals with relevant market developments
- Converting customer feedback and market insights into actionable recommendations on product developments and strategy
- Managing relationships and briefing processes with internal & external stakeholders for product launches
- 5 years + experience in marketing, brand management, business development/and/or sales
- Ability to absorb, distil and interpret technical information
- Superior writing ability and excellent verbal communications skills
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to the business
- Ability to deliver excellent outcomes, in an environment of competing priorities
- Strong commitment to quality and the provision of service excellence
- Experience with website Content Management System software, In-Design and/or Photoshop is considered advantageous
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Salesforce experience would be advantageous
