**About the Opportunity**

A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Machine Operator to join our supportive team at Detmold Cartons in a **permanent full-time** position.

This is a **hands-on** role in a fast-paced environment that requires the safe and efficient operation of our Machines whilst achieving maximum quality throughout the job process.

Our operators are responsible for proactively and accurately setting up, operating, adjusting, and maintaining equipment per job specifications, performing minor troubleshooting as required, contributing to quality / safety standards and processes, and ensuring daily production targets are met.

**About You**
- A **safety-first mindset** with ability to demonstrate safe behaviours in the workplace
- Experience **running machinery** in **packaging industry**:

- Sound computer skills with ability to record operational data accurately
- Strong** mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills**, and ability to **read technical drawings**:

- A positive attitude with ability to adapt to change and **willingness to learn**:

- Excellent attention to detail and a **customer focused** mindset
- ** Flexibility and willingness**_ _**to work across day, afternoon and night shifts, with weekend overtime**
