**The** **Opportunity**:
Minda has a great opportunity for a customer focussed and enthusiastic person with ICT service desk experience to fill a permanent role of Service Desk Support Analyst. If successful you will:

- Provide high level customer service to assist to resolve ICT queries.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new staff by ensuring systems/ login setups are activated efficiently.
- Trouble shoot hardware, software or network problems.
- Arrange equipment replacement of computers, terminals & routers.
- Configure and deploy end user devices such as PC’s, laptops, tablets & smartphones.
- Recognise, analyse and escalate significant incidents as required.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and a commitment to continuous improvement.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Proven experience in Service Desk roles providing technical support or similar.
- Strong experience of corporate network and server infrastructure, & experience in an M365 environment.
- A certificate or higher in Information Technology
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Problem solving skills to diagnose & resolve technical issues.

Most importantly, if you have a can-do attitude, and an engaging approach with stakeholders, with entry level experience or greater, we want to hear from you

**Additionally, you will require**:

- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (Additional screening/clearances may be required to work in specific areas)
- National Police Clearance
- Evidence of full vaccination.
