Hurex Pty Limited is a proud Australian owned and family operated business providing labour hire and cleaning services to a growing clientele in NSW and Queensland for over 9 years. We provide a supportive and collaborative work environment and flexible hours.

We require a Internal Recruiter to work within a small team. You will manage the end to end labour hire process from recruitment to on-boarding.

**Key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to**:

- Occasional travel to client sites /meeting with site managers
- Recruitment and management of labour hire employees
- Admin - collating all required documentation and keeping registers up to date
- Daily interactions with clients on scheduling and rostering of labour hire staff
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure support services are in place
- Flexibility as required before/after hours to respond to staff and clients
- Research and identity new opportunities for labour hire

**Required skills and experience**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Recruitment experience desirable
- Great customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks with mínimal supervision

**About you**:

- Early riser - some occasional client site visits could be from 5am
- Friendly, mature, professional with a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Previous experience in a similar role will be well regarded
- Own transport is essential
