**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a team of allied health professionals and administrative staff..
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, service, care, and safety within the clinic.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Make sound decisions for the operational and delivery aspects of allied health practices.
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Set an example with excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide the team.

**What Concentric needs from you**:

- Relevant qualifications in allied health or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive team culture.
- Strong organisational and decision-making abilities.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights

Current or willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
