You’ll join us as an Assistant Valuer where you will have the opportunity to work across the industrial property domain, providing a broad foundation for your career.
The role is full-time but we’re open to part-time, 3 days a week in 2025, then full-time in 2026.
**A snapshot of the duties and responsibilities**:
Inspecting properties with a qualified valuer when required
Assisting with measuring, taking site notes and photographs
Preparing research for valuation reports
Entering key tenancy and factual information into the valuation model
Inserting market evidence
Reviewing lease information
Going over initial details with a qualified valuer to finalise reports
Assisting qualified valuers to achieve client deadlines and objectives
Developing your market knowledge

**Qualifications**:
You may in your final year of Uni, completing a Property degree and you’ve realised your passion is a career in real estate valuation.
You have a high attention to detail and are proficient in learning new systems, processes and technology.
Also important is strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
