Westlink Consulting is one of Victoria's largest independent property valuation firms, with a team of young and friendly professionals who enjoy working together to deliver diverse valuation services across metropolitan Melbourne & regional Victoria.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic assistant valuer to join our team. We place great emphasis on career development, technical training and mentoring. Many of our staff have successfully attained CPV qualification whilst employed with Westlink. This is an opportunity to get exposure to valuing a variety of property types and levels of complexity.
The position would suit property or valuations graduates (or near graduates); however we will only consider applicants who are Australian or New Zealand citizens/permanent residents.
Duties
- Property inspections
- Collecting and analysing market data
- Data entry into valuation software
- Undertaking valuations (under supervision)
- Compiling reports
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with own vehicle
- Team orientation
- Autonomy, accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong report writing skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel)
