Exciting opportunity to be an Assistant to a Property valuer - CBD Based

**Your new company**

Working for a well established Property company based in the CBD in a close-knit collaborative team

**Your new role**

Your role is to assist the Property Valuer with all administration tasks. Tasks will include
- Inputting data into spreadsheets and databases
- Producing reports
- Researching sales
- Speaking with property agents to deal with queries
- Assisting with property inspections

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be a strong administrator with proven experience who has a keen interest in the property sector. You must have intermediate to Advanced Excel skills. The role is fully office based and hours are 8.30 -5. This is a full-time permanent role, so to be considered you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
