We are looking for a champion who can also be our Philanthropy Manager, in consultation with the Head of Philanthropy as part of our Strategic Engagement team at Berry Street.

What’s led you to find us here, at Berry Street?*
- You will have 5 + years of relevant industry experience and insight into the operations of not-for-profit.
- Your previous roles would have focused on approaching, engaging and managing ongoing Philanthropic partners to secure independent income.
- You are very comfortable managing stakeholder involvement and multiple levels across the organisation.
- You will have excellent written and oral communication skills (including public speaking, presentations and facilitation skills) and the ability to articulate a case for support either in a one-to-one meeting or in a presentation to a group.
- You will also, have a relevant Bachelor's degree, tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.

As the Philanthropy Manager, you will work across the Strategic Engagement team and broader organisation with key internal stakeholders, to maximise opportunities to raise funds. The role will support philanthropic donors and identify and nurture philanthropists and high-net-worth individuals with the aim of creating a long-term relationship with Berry Street.*
