**About the role**

Reporting to the GM Remuneration, Systems & Services, you will be responsible for collating, analysing and modelling data to help drive key People initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide analytical capability to support planning and resourcing projects, including short-term data analysis and modelling support for operational readiness
- Partner with the key project teams to deliver accurate data to support workforce analytics
- Deliver forecasting plans to meet short
- and long-term organisational needs
- Collaborate with the People team to optimise data collection, reporting and analysis

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Experience of analysing and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to the stakeholders
- Deep analytical and reporting capability, preferably with PowerBI and Excel
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships
