**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient workflows.
- Lead a team of talented baristas, waitstaff, and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Train and develop staff members, providing guidance on customer service, menu knowledge, and coffee preparation techniques.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimising waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to enhance the cafe's offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and latte art.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to manage budgets, analyse financial data, and drive profitability.
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with staff and customers.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude in a busy environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
