**The Opportunity**

This group has multiple venues across Melbourne. They have a amazing range range of food, beverage, and retail options under one roof. Cakes, Coffee, Savory treats and impeccable service are a few of the things you are guaranteed to recieve when walking into one of their venues.

They are on the hunt for a stand out Cafe Manager to join the business in a brand new venue opening soon

You will be responsible for leading a team of 15, opening and closing of the cafe, rostering, creating a positive work environment end of day reporting

As an established Manager, we want to see you lead by example and be hands on with your team in all aspects of operations. You will mentor and grow a collaborative team to deliver outstanding service while taking a lead role in setting and delivering restaurant goals and celebrating the wins.
- Operating hours are Monday to Sunday, and this role will require a leader with open availability. This will be an all day dining venue with the venue to close at 9pm._

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years in a management role
- Previous barista experience
- Excellent people management skills
- People person
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A bubbly and confident individual
