More specifically, your role will include:

- Lead and manage the team to build & fulfill the seasonal direction & OTB
- Identify and explore trends, silhouettes, fabric and garment details which are relevant to the brand as well as local + overseas markets.
- Lead with your creative eye ensuring all designs are true to the brand aesthetic
- Leading by example through coaching and mentoring our team of designers to enhance their capability
- Encourage and lead a collaborative design process ensuring a commercial outcome is achieved at all times
- Ensuring the overall range increases brand competitiveness, maximises sales, and achieves financial targets/margins, whist adhering to the critical path and all quality requirements for every category
- Collaborating with the Art Director to ensure all Campaigns are capturing the brand essence through product
- Managing the critical path and ensuring all key deadlines are met
- Develop and lead the overall design strategy, formulate the brand vision and identify market opportunity
- Collaborate with other Stakeholders to ensure all departments are aware of the product and design direction to ensure total business success
- Inspire the team through your leadership

What are we looking for?
- Provide a strong portfolio showcasing your design ability & creativity
- 6+ years previous experience within women's fashion design and previous Head of Design experience min 2 years
- Excellent Adobe Suite skillset
- Proven leadership and strong communication skillset.
- Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, the ability to set standards and execute, as well as having strong sense of priority and follow through skills, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Ability to work in a team driven and collaborative atmosphere.
