The National Coordinator, Administrative Support is a leadership, supervisory and operational role, and works closely with the Branch Head and Chief Corporate Officer to support the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (CDPP) to fulfil its purpose through the delivery of administrative support to the legal practice groups in accordance with our established service offer.

In this role, the National Coordinator provides high level advice and support to senior management. They will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that services meet the evolving operational needs of the legal practice groups. They also play a key role in broader business improvement initiatives and projects including the implementation of digital litigation capability as part of the CDPP’s broader digital transformation agenda.

The National Coordinator is responsible for managing a large national team in a dynamic operating environment. They will operate with limited direction to manage workflow and provide a high level of quality assurance in delivering a range of contemporary services that are efficient and streamlined. They will build team capability by providing leadership to team members, including communicating strategic direction, using data and evidence driven approaches for improvement and anticipating and establishing work priorities and managing performance. The role will undertake other related activities, as directed.
