**How You’ll Shine**

**The Role**:

- You will be the primary point of contact for clients on their event days
- Manage event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Oversee operations of Beaches Restaurant, ensuring exceptional service
- Handle operational duties including opening and closing procedures
- Assist with roster planning, ordering & social media content.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**What You’ll Bring**

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

- Previous experience in a similar role / Food & Beverage environment within a Resort or Hotel at a supervisory level.
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
- A current Food Safety Certificate
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- A passion for everything food and beverage and sound knowledge to back that up
- A hands-on leader, who leads by example, builds a strong team culture and sets the scene for high performance
- A positive and proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure & problem solve
- Excellent grooming standards, professionalism, and reliability
- The ability to work a flexible roster, across all days including weekends, days, evenings & public and/or school holidays
