**Job Description**:
Join TAL as a Pricing Analyst working within the Group Product, Pricing and Portfolio Management team specifically working on one of our key accounts, REST Super.

This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment. This is a permanent role, working flexibly from our Sydney office.

In this role you will:

- Assist in standard pricing activities, including but not limited to premium rerate and experience reviews, new business quotes, commercial model calculations, and product upgrades
- Liaising and presenting to key internal stakeholders directly on key pricing analytics and insights
- Support to run data checking and analysis processes
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as required to provide reports and insights to stakeholders
- Support internal stakeholders across the Product and Pricing team, and Partnerships team in preparing pricing advice and input to tender submissions to our clients
- Develop, maintain and enhance pricing models, tools and processes

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- At least 12 months experience working within a similar role, ideally within Life Insurance and Group Risk markets
- A completed or close to completion qualification in actuarial science.
- Solid foundation in technical knowledge of SQL, R and Excel with strong R/programming skills preferred, Visual Basic or other database software would also be desirable
- Good analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills
- Strong research, modelling, and self-learning skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to balance multiple projects/clients and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
