The brand-new Zarraffa's Coffee Dakabin seeks an Assistant Manager to help develop this new and passionate team.

**The job**:

- Minimum 18 months experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to lead and mentor others respectfully to bring out the best in team members
- Experience with training and leading staff, attention to detail, stock control, cash management and speed of service
- Flexibility to work on weekends is a must

- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Someone to take pride in the success of their team, a natural leader
- Passionate about professional growth and opportunity
- Experience with QSR and Drive through
- Five-star customer service, (preferably in Hospitality but not essential). We _**love**_ people who love people.

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
