**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality education and care for children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Support children’s learning through play-based experiences, aligned with the **Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)**.
- Ensure compliance with all **state regulations and National Quality Framework (NQF) standards**.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and community partners to foster meaningful relationships.
- Actively supervise children during daily routines, including excursions and park walks.
- Contribute to a positive and engaging team culture.

**To Be Successful in Your Application, You Must Have**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or currently studying)
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR qualifications
- Experience implementing Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and other learning frameworks
- Ability to create a rich, stimulating, and engaging environment for all children
- A professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality care
- A passion for supporting children's holistic development through empathy, motivation, and inspiration
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Centre Manager, Educational Leader, and external management
- Strong organisational skills to maintain an efficient and engaging learning space

Pay: $30.59 - $32.97 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
