Are you an experienced, seasoned Change Leader with a proven track record of successfully managing and implementing large-scale digital transformations? This unique role allows you to operate at a strategic level within our Digital Transformation Program (DTP), where you'll define and deliver impactful change initiatives while driving the implementation and enhancement of our Change Management Strategy. **_The position_**
As the Change Lead in our Digital Transformation Program (DTP), you will drive meaningful change while shaping our digital future direction. Leading a team of both new and experienced change professionals, you’ll engage with internal and external stakeholders to focus on measurable outcomes. Your responsibilities will include executing change initiatives, conducting impact assessments, and developing communication and training plans. You’ll keep stakeholders informed with timely updates, design interactive training sessions, and effectively manage resistance to change. By working closely with project teams and senior leaders, you’ll ensure alignment with project objectives and provide coaching to enhance our organisational change approach. This role is vital in helping our business adapt, grow, and succeed in delivering our purpose of empowering and supporting South Australians impacted by work injury.

**_Special requirements/Conditions_**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business / Human Resources / Transformation / Capability and / or Organisational Development, Masters degree preferred.
- Certification in Change Management and Change Portfolio Management (CMI or ACMP)
