Foreperson - Fitout Multi-residential

Canberra builder developer seeking Foreperson for $60m multi-residential precinct, salary negotiable.

Hays is partnering with a Canberra born and bred builder developer, operating since 2011 they have grown into a well-establish mid-tier construction company. Delivering a range of projects from boutique townhouses to high-rise residential precincts, quality and safety are paramount. Known for having strong relationships across the industry & a supportive team environment, they understand that transparent communication & trust is key. They are now looking for a Foreperson to assist with the delivery of a $60m multi-residential precinct.

**Your new role**

Your new and exciting role will see you will be working alongside a high-performing & passionate team, to deliver a $60m multi residential precinct. Your duties will include however not limited to;
- Supervise & Coordinate contractors on site;
- Ensure all WHS requirements are being upheld;
- Undertake trade work as necessary;
- Organise the procurement and delivery of materials; and
- Communicate with all relevant stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role you will have minimum 3 years' experience as a fit-out Foreperson, ideally within the residential sector;
- Be a high performing tradesperson with leadership capability;
- Ability to problem-solve, interpret detailed drawings and buildability;
- Strong communication skills and ability to get the most of your trades;
- Experience delivering top quality multi-residential projects
