**Position Overview**:

**Responsibilities**:
As a Childcare Educator with a Diploma, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning atmosphere for our young learners. Your duties include:

- Planning and executing age-appropriate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Cultivating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Monitoring and documenting each child's progress, development, and milestones while maintaining regular communication with parents or guardians.
- Collaborating with a team of educators to design engaging activities that meet individual needs and interests of children.
- Promoting health and safety practices within the preschool setting.
- Establishing strong partnerships with families and fostering a sense of community within the preschool.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

- Childcare Educator Diploma.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Genuine passion for working with young children and commitment to their growth and development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQS.

**Salary**: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
