**About Us**
Mele Arts is an art education centre located in Mt Waverley (South-East Melbourne), operating since 2017. We are expanding into the exciting field of digital creativity, combining AI art tools with manga and illustration to inspire the next generation of young artists. Our courses come with clear outlines that teachers can easily follow, while also encouraging teachers to bring in their own creative lesson plans.

**Responsibilities**
- Teach AI-assisted art creation using platforms such as Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, Photoshop AI, or similar tools.
- Guide students in manga creation: character design, storyboarding, inking, coloring, and digital finishing.
- Deliver lessons using **Procreate** on iPad for digital illustration and manga production.
- Develop structured lesson plans blending technology and creativity.
- Inspire students to explore both artistic techniques and digital tools.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of AI art platforms (Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, or others).
- Skilled in **Procreate** and other digital illustration software.
- Experience in manga drawing, digital illustration, or comic art.
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred.
- Passion for both art and technology, with the ability to engage young learners.

**Preferred (Not Required)**
- Familiarity with art competitions or portfolio preparation.
- Ability to **close deals with parents (student enrolment conversion skills)**.

**What We Offer**
- Hourly pay: $25-$40 (depending on experience).
- Small class sizes with admin and teaching support.
