**How will I help?**

The Product Owner will work with the Service Owner to define and prioritise the backlog of work to deliver on priorities aligned to strategic commitments -setting clear squad vision / goals and ownership of future roadmap.
- Work collaboratively in the squad to develop a compliant by design solution.
- Ensure the voice of the customer and banker are appropriately included.
- Identify the risks and controls for the change being implemented (i.e delivered risks).
- Ensure the squad effectively embeds agreed portfolio risk management processes and reporting.
- Deliver return on investment, supporting the squad to achieve optimal customer and business outcomes taking onboard advice from the solution designer/architect.
- Ensure implementation, adoption and go to market strategy are effective, including, business readiness and acceptance.
- Plan, facilitate and participate in QA of BA and testing outcomes e.g. user stories, test cases and testing (UAT, BPIV)

**What do I need?**
- 5+ years Product Owner / Product Management experience
- Experience leading in an Agile Project Delivery environment.
- Strong Stakeholder management
- Defining the strategy and roadmap for the project, including effective backlog management.
- Experience owning and refining business requirements and user stories to ensure clarity and alignment.
- You are able to articulating the business case and managing ROI to support informed decision-making.
- Previous experience Ensuring all product governance requirements are met and providing regular updates to management.
- Experience Overseeing and managing quality project outcomes to meet our high standards.
- You are able to Collaborate with the Change Manager to define and implement a robust change management plan for delivered outcomes.
