**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the National Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Manager plays a crucial leadership role in overseeing our VIC state warehouse. This involves developing and implementing efficient operational models that enhance the customer experience and ensure we consistently deliver on our commitments. The success of the VIC Warehouse is integral to the overall performance of the Distribution Channel, strengthening Beaumont Tiles' competitive edge in the market.

This role is responsible for (but not limited to):

- Lead & develop a high-performing team, including a Warehouse 2IC and Warehouse Team Members
Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring 100% compliance with safety standards
- Oversee warehouse DIFOT (Delivery In-Full On-Time) performance and operational efficiency
- Manage P&L, stock integrity, and warehouse capacity planning
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and national warehouse standards
- Develop and maintain strong communication channels for seamless operations
- Utilise WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and technology to enhance performance

**THE PERSON**
You’re a high-performing, professional individual who can work both independently and as part of a supportive team environment. Having industry experience in a similar role, you’re a confident communicator who can remain calm under pressure. You follow plans, focus on outcomes, and are meticulous with deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

You’ll also possess experience with:

- Proven Leadership: Experience in warehouse or logistics management
Operational Expertise: Knowledge of inventory control, stock integrity, and capacity planning
- Safety-First Mindset: Strong track record of fostering a culture of compliance and workplace safety
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to ensure customer satisfaction through streamlined operations
- Tech-Savvy: Competence in WMS and warehouse technologies
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to drive efficiency and align operations with business growth
